Your telephone will be answered Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.00am and 4.30pm*. Having said that, if you need a Virtual Receptionist outside of these hours, please do not hesitate to discuss your requirements with us.

We will ensure that your Clients are given accurate information regarding your business such as your location, your business hours as well as any other commonly asked questions that your Clients may ask.

You will be given notice when a new ProfitAbility Virtual Assistance Team Member becomes your Virtual Receptionist. So you will always know who is answering your businesses calls and you can train them to suit your requirements. You can hand-pick your Virtual Receptionists too.

You nominate how to receive your Clients calls or messages. We can forward the calls to you or take messages and supply them to you via email, text or voice message. All messages will be forwarded to you in a timely manner, so that you can engage with your Client as soon as you are available.

All ProfitAbility Virtual Assistance Team Members undertake thorough training prior to assisting with your Virtual Receptionist Service.

You are more than welcome to supply us with MP3 telephone messages.
