Frequently Asked Questions
As long as you give us 48 hours notice of your cancellation, then there will be absolutely no penalties.
If you cancel within 48 hours, then you will be charged for the full booking fee.
Yes, absolutely!
Your tentative booking will be noted within our team as soon as you submit your registration form and it will be officially secured and confirmed as soon as you have paid for the hire.
If we receive another booking that conflicts with your tentative booking, we will contact you to confirm if you would like to proceed with your booking. If you would like to proceed, you will be given 24 hours to confirm the payment of our hire.
Yes most certainly!
As part of your room hire you will receive access to complimentary water, tea, coffee and lollies.
Your are more than welcome to bring other items with you, however please bear in mind that we only have minimal fridge space to store food or drink. So if you would like to use our fridge, then it is best to speak with us about your requirements beforehand.

Once we have received your registration form, we will send you your invoice.
Your booking will be officially confirmed as soon as the payment of your invoice is received.
Please note, that your registration form will typically be processed within 24 hours of being received and your invoice will be created the following Monday and generally emailed out on Tuesday/Wednesday.
If you have supplied us with your Credit Card Details, we will debit your card within 24 hours of your invoice being issued. If you haven't, you can locate our bank details on the bottom of your invoice and our payment terms are strictly 7 days.

If you would like to use Google Maps, you can enter in the address you are coming from, and it will provide you with the exact directions to our Meeting Rooms. Also Google Maps can give you audible instructions via most mobile devices, whilst you are travelling by vehicle.
Yes, of course! The male and female toilets are located next door to our office You will find two keys on a blue key tags for the toilets located on the aqua desk partitions inside our office areas.
The building is owned by The Public Trustee. There are automatic doors at the entrance to the building that operate between 6:00am and 6:00pm. If you require access to the building outside of these hours, please speak with our team for further details. There are also security cameras at the entrance of the building that are managed by The Public Trustee.
Yes. There are automatic doors at the entrance of the building, a lift to access our floor and there is a disability bathroom located on the ground floor next to lift. The key to this bathroom is available via The Public Trustee reception.
