Our Virtual Office Packages are provided on a month to month basis and we simply require 30 days written notice of your intention to cancel your Virtual Office Support Package.

Our office is open Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.00 am and 5.00 pm.

If you would like the office to be physically available outside of these hours, please let us know what you need and we will work on a solution.

Your Clients are welcome to come into the office and when they do we welcome them and handle them in one of two ways:

  1. As per the specific instructions that you gave us when you started your Virtual Office Service.
  2. We let them know that you are working out in the field and that there is no one in the office today that could assist them with their enquiry. We then politely ask them for their name and contact details, so that we can pass them onto you, so that you can call them back as soon as possible. If appropriate, we also offer them your brochure and a business card as well.

We have two Meeting Rooms and a Training Room that are suitable for interviews, meetings and for catching up on work while you are travelling.

Each Meeting Room features an L shaped desk and includes tea and coffee facilities, use of a printer and access to free WiFi.

The Training Room can also comfortably seat up to 7 meeting participants and has a flat screen TV available for presentations.

Yes if you want! We are more than happy to assist you with arranging some signage for your virtual office facility.

Many of our Clients use a local provider for their signage and their rates are approximately $80 for an Office sign 420W x 297H (A3 Landscape) on alupanel/alucomp panel.

If you would like us to take care of this on your behalf we typically charge approximately $30 to organise, pick up and install your signage once it is ready.
