We offer discounted rates for businesses that would like to secure their serviced office on a regular basis.
This could include a monthly, three monthly or six monthly hire.
If you would like to secure the serviced office on a regular basis, then we will invoice you for your chosen period in full prior to your commencement date.
We will also offer you the first option to renew your serviced office upon expiry of your term too.
Your serviced office is available for you to access at your discretion from Monday to Friday between the hours of 7.00 am and 6.00 pm.
Yes, each of our serviced offices also include a waiting room outside of your main office area.
We will ensure that every week there is a sign upon entry to the building with your business name on it (outside the elevator on the ground floor) as well as when your clients exit the elevator on the first floor. There will also be a sign on the front door of the office with your business name on it too. This assists in directing your clients to your office space.
Inside your office space there is a waiting room and you are welcome to display your pull up banner and business cards, etc in the waiting room on the day of your hire.
If these items can be placed in a neat, tidy and convenient position, then they are welcome to remain there for the entire week, however we are unable to take responsibility for them – with that said, we only hire the space to professional businesses, so the risk of leaving these items in the office is extremely minimal.
